Kerry learning academy

Our Graduate Programme is designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary for them to take on early leadership roles in Kerry.

Our “best in class” intensive two year programme offers permanent employment and:

  • Early access to senior leaders,
  • Secondments and assignments across EMEA,
  • Coaching and Mentoring,
  • Residential off-site training, and,
  • Innovative project work.

Combined with formal training you will work with talented, passionate people who will provide invaluable training on the job.

Kerry Learning Academy

At Kerry, we are committed to developing our employees to their full potential.  To honour this commitment we have established the Kerry Learning Academy, which will provide expert training to employees to deliver excellence in everything we do across the entire organisation.

The Kerry Learning Academy consists of a Leadership Academy and a Functional Academy. The Graduate Programme forms the first stage in the Leadership Academy and the first stage in your lifecycle of development with Kerry.

Our Kerry Learning Academy will ensure that you continue to receive the knowledge and skills needed for long-term career advancement even after you have completed the Graduate Programme.

    Accounting & Finance February Start date.

    Finance sits at the heart of Kerry, impacting every division of our business and helping us deliver our strategy and vision. All Finance graduates are encouraged to study towards a CIMA or ACCA qualification and receive a generous study package including financial assistance and study leave.

    Accounting & Finance 

    Finance sits at the heart of Kerry, impacting every division of our business and helping us deliver our strategy and vision. All Finance graduates are encouraged to study towards a CIMA or ACCA qualification and receive a generous study package including financial assistance and study leave.

    Commercial (Sales, Marketing & Category Management)

    You will learn how to strengthen Kerry’s customer relationships through superior customer service. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of consumer preferences and customer requirements and play a key role in partnering with our R&D teams in creating unique solutions to meet our customer’s needs.


    Kerry Group’s success is built on the whole hearted commitment of its employees. The HR function plays a key role in supporting the business in recruiting and developing talent in order to help it achieve its goals. The role of a HR Graduate in Kerry is varied and covers everything from recruitment, employee relations, learning and development to supporting HR projects and initiatives. All HR Graduates are encouraged and supported to achieve their CIPD qualification. 

    Supply Chain

    As a Supply Chain Graduate in Kerry, you will play an essential role in internal co-ordination between production, finance, purchasing and customer service, to ensure the operation is able to meet customer’s demands through efficient balance of materials and the finished goods supply chain.


    The Procurement Team are key business partners central to leading cross-functional category management, Managing commodity/category risk, Driving and delivering cost reductions and competitive advantage. Graduates will join as Procurement Analysts working on projects to manage Kerry’s spend on Direct Materials and Indirect Materials and Services. After 12 to 18 months high performing graduates may progress to Project Manager or Global Buyer roles.


    Kerry Group’s multi-site production facilities offer Operations Graduates a dynamic environment in which to gain valuable experience running your own production line and being responsible for people management, raw materials, quality and costs. The pace is fast and within six months you could be in charge of your own production team. 

    Research & Development

    As an R&D Graduate you will play a key role in anticipating and developing the products that will meet the needs of our customers- ensuring our continued growth and profitability. 

    Quality Assurance

    Quality Graduates in Kerry play a key role in ensuring that we supply our customers with products that meet the highest quality standards. 


    ICT in Kerry is a global function with a presence in almost all our worldwide locations. The ICT function adds value to Kerry by delivering innovative solutions using world class software packages and the latest technology. As a graduate in ICT, there are opportunities to work in almost every kind of ICT role. We need smart, innovative, collaborative graduates to work across business analyst, technical delivery and development, and infrastructure roles. Candidates will be matched to roles that best suit their abilities, but within Kerry we work with our graduates to help them develop a full set of skills to become leaders within ICT and Kerry during their careers.

    Customer Care

    Graduates will have first-hand exposure to our key global customers which will act build a great platform for a successful career in Kerry. You will play an essential role as a Customer Care Specialist supporting our direct customers and/or providing support for our internal customers.
